1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by 19877 Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
19877 Technologies provides web design, web development, and software development services. Our services include but are not limited to website creation, custom web applications, responsive design implementation, and ongoing maintenance support.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in individual service agreements.
4. Project Delivery
Delivery timelines will be communicated upon project initiation. We make every effort to meet agreed-upon deadlines, but delivery times may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness. Delays caused by late client feedback or content submission may affect the delivery schedule.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and information required for the project in a timely manner. Clients must provide prompt feedback during revision periods. Failure to respond within 14 days may result in project closure without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets used in projects remain subject to their original licenses.
7. Revisions
The number of revisions included depends on the service package purchased. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be subject to additional charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
19877 Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits or payments for incomplete work may be partially refunded at our discretion.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
